The Creative Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing creative campaigns, developing branding strategies, and driving innovation in our projects.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development
• Generate innovative content ideas that align with brand strategies and resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and develop creative marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with designers, writers, and other creative professionals to bring ideas to life and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Market Analysis
• Analyse market trends, competition, and consumer behaviour to create effective brand strategies.
• Conduct in-depth research to gain a deep understanding of clients' industries, customers, and competitors.
• Utilize data and insights to inform creative decisions.
Client Communication
• Communicate creative concepts and strategies effectively to clients, addressing their feedback and ensuring their vision is met.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of creative campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to achieve client objectives.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools to continually improve strategies and campaigns.
Additional Responsibilities
• Perform additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Specification
• 2 – 4 years of proven experience in a creative strategy role with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent creative and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and a keen eye for design.
• Flexibility and hands-on approach during high-stress situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is an added advantage.
